America is salivating for real leadership. Many are sick to their stomach of the fighting among our Capital Hill leadership. Plain and simple… American political leadership is broken! It is dysfunctional, and it is jeopardizing our livelihood and lifestyle as Americans.

To bring back true leadership these combative political leaders will need to put down their swords. They will need to lean toward the middle and away from the left or right corners of their prideful minds. We need calm so that all parties can think clearly for the best interest of the American people.

Our upcoming election will be interesting. We have a choice to make about real leadership. Will we stay the course and get more of the same or will we choose to change and find their is no compromise and no change. What we thought was leadership turned out to be empty words, promises, and perceptions of unrealistic expectations.

In America we need leaders willing to do the following.

1. Create real vision.

2. Set a realistic course for all Americans.

3. Stay the course.

4. Be a nation builder and soother.

5. Think American.

6. Lead. Lead. Lead.
